The Final TouchAuto Restoration, the premier auto restoration shop in this region, is looking to expand its team of restoration technicians! We have multiple positions open and are looking for team members who take pride in their work and are committed to doing an exceptional job for our customers.

Collision repair: Experience in basic body work and repair techniques (e.g. dent repair, panel replacement and understanding of how to restore vehicle body panels to their original shape and form) and a good understanding of different types of metals, adhesives and the appropriate repair techniques fo each.

Tools: Must provide own basic hand tools as well as have an understanding and be comfortable with their use and use of power tools used in the retoration process.

Welding: Understand welding techniques for joining and repairing metal components in vehicle body repair. Applicants with welding experience and knowledge a definite plus!

Vehicle Systems: Basic understanding of how different vehicle systems (e.g. electrical, braking and suspension) can be affected by collsion damage and how to address those issues during repairs. Applicants with mechanical experience and knowledge (e.g. motor\transmission, suspension, rear end and body wiring) a definite plus!

Diagnostic: Be able to identify the basic cause of a problem and determine the necessary repair.

Safety: Must be knowledgeable about safety protocols, personal protective equipment and be able to maintain a clean work environment.

Attention to Detail: An absolute must! The work will require precision and accuracy with diligent attention to detail. Technicians will also require the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekends. (Hours could be adjusted if needed during seasonal weather, e.g. excessive heat or cold.)

Salary: Commensurate with experience and is paid on an hourly basis. There will be a 90 day probationary period.

Benefits: 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years. Discretionary cash bonuses. Christmas Bonus. No health insurance.
